We wanted to contact everyone and let you know that our move to RackSpace has taken place but we're still finding some issues difficult to sort out.
With all the added levels of security on the new system we have some session and postback irregularities that we need to track down and repair or reconfigure.
So to alleviate this issue we've turned off the upgrade and surf buttons for now so that we can stop all further errors and do some damage control on what's already taken place.
All accounts will be credited for the days you've missed surfing so please DO NOT contact us for these issues. The only tickets we will be accepting are for missed upgrades. If you upgraded during this transition time and your upgrade did not get posted then please by all means post a ticket and we'll get it fixed as soon as we get access to the admin section on the site.
Right now WE can't even hold a session long enough to pull up your accounts, so please don't post a ticket, call or fax on this as we can't get anything done for you on this anyway.
Once we re-establish control of the software, we'll get all the missing upgrades taken care of, then we'll move on to other issues.
Obviously payouts will be delayed until suck time that we gain access to the admin section.
Please do not worry folks, all this will be handled, your account and your purchases are safe and you'll be able to get back to work soon. We just invested nearly $100,000.00 to ensure just that - we'll get back online as soon as possible, believe me we want everything to be working correctly as well.
